1. Green vegetables:

Anything green, we say ok! Do not hesitate to consume green vegetables such as cabbage, spinach or chard that are rich in vitamin B9, it is excellent to keep your spirits up.

2. Citrus fruits:

Oranges, clementines and other fruits of the same family are the perfect fruits for the winter season because of their vitamin B9 content, essential for good serotonin production. You can eat them alone or accompanied by your meals.

3. Oats:

6. Chocolate:
